Customer agrees and acknowledges that SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) is presided over by many aspects which are not a part  of Nouvelle Innovator, as it is third party system and Nouvelle Innovator is not responsible for any loss or dispute or any such related. Nouvelle Innovator can offer top ranks but does not guarantee that as SEO based on competitive methods.

Customer agrees and acknowledges Nouvelle Innovator is not responsible if there is any failure in ranking process or any related to the SEO process.

Customer agrees to give/provide all necessary details (Website Control , server control or any need for SEO process) to Nouvelle Innovator for SEO purpose and agrees and acknowledges Nouvelle Innovator will not misuse the details given details & Nouvelle Innovator will not be responsible for such as I know too many parties/persons/any.

Customer agrees and acknowledges Nouvelle Innovator is not responsible for loss of/failure in ranking due to technical difficulty in sever or any related to the website

Customer agrees , acknowledges and gives permission to Nouvelle Innovator for submitting website to third parties or linking to third party websites or can do any process related to the SEO process.

Customer agrees and acknowledges that Nouvelle Innovator is not responsible for any for this process.

Nouvelle Innovator reserves right to accept or reject the SEO process.

FINANCIAL ARRANGEMENTS (Payment and Bills)

SEO ( Search Engine Optimisation) process will be activated only after receiving a 100 % payment is made and payment reflected in the Nouvelle Innovator account. Nouvelle Innovator is not responsible for delay in process of clearance of payment from bank side or any third party.

Changes to these Terms

Any changes to our this term (SEO – Search Engine Optimisation) will supersede this version of our terms (SEO – Search Engine Optimisation). We will take sufficient steps to make your attention to changes in our terms (SEO – Search Engine Optimisation)  .You are recommended to read this document each time to know updates in the terms (SEO – Search Engine Optimisation).
